Maintenance work in the roof area requires the use of a personal safety kit to protect the user from falling more than 3m (according to accident prevention standards). ZinCo, as the inventor of a fall protection system that does not require interference with the roof covering, can provide the right level of protection for the person on the roof.
The Fallnet system adapts to the specific architectural conditions that may exist on the roof. Any type of Fallnet system (single point anchor system, rail system, or balustrade system) can be installed on a roof without puncturing the building roof waterproofing.
Anchor point for fall protection. Mounted without interference with the roof covering, tested and certified according to EN 795, Class E. It consists of special grate elements, which form a coherent system, when connected together with a load of 90kg/m2 (e.g. ZinCo system substrate, gravel or other appropriately selected material). The anchor point is centrally located. The grating elements are made of polyethylene, height of approx. 30mm, dimensions approx. 2.0m x 2.67m (supplied in pieces of 1.0m x 1.33m).
Anchor point with eyelet. Eyelet made of stainless steel, height of approx. 200 mm, base made of aluminium with dimensions approx. 750mm x 750mm. Fallnet SR offers the following benefits: small area required (5.3m2), therefore it is also suitable for small roofs; various combinations of grates, thus adapting to various shapes and obstacles on the roof; easy installation on an existing green roof.
A rail system with a horizontally positioned, roller-shaped, movable anchor point installed with grate elements, rail brackets and applied load. Fall protection system that does not require interference with the roof covering, tested and certified in accordance with EN 795, Class E.
Grate elements made of polyethylene, height of approx. 30mm, the dimensions of the first and last grates in a row are 2.0m x 2.0m, and the dimensions of the intermediate grate are 2.0m x 1.33m.
Rail brackets made of stainless steel, height approx. 175mm, base plate made of aluminium, dimensions approx. 750mm x 750mm.

The complete ZinCo Fallnet SR Rail system for both simple and complex roofs contains only a few components. The set always includes (apart from the basic elements) rail brackets, elements for joining the brackets and elements for joining the rails.
