The protective mats protect anti-root foils or waterproofing membranes with anti-root properties against mechanical damage (according to DIN 18195). The mats function as a storage layer for water and nutrients. They also reduce noise from outside the building. SSM 45 and TSM 32 mats are mainly used for extensive and intensive roofs. It is recommended to use ISM 50 or BSM 64 mats on intensive and pitched roofs. All mats should be used with an overlap of at least 100mm. Using a double layer of mats increases the protection and water capacity of the green roof layers.
All are made from 100% recycled materials.
High-quality mat made of a combination of polyester and polyethylene, used as a protective layer (according to the German standard DIN 18195) on a layer of anti-root foil or waterproofing membranes for extensive and intensive roofs. It has retention properties. Bitumen resistant; biologically and chemically neutral; rotting resistant; tear resistant; made from recycled materials.
Rotting resistant synthetic fibre mat (polyester/polypropylene blend) with a stabilising insert; used as a protective layer on top of the waterproofing layer, mainly on pitched roofs. High absorbency properties. Bitumen resistant; biologically and chemically neutral; rotting resistant; tear resistant; made from recycled materials.
Rotting resistant, thermally reinforced thick mixed fibre mat; used as an absorbent layer on green roofs, mainly pitched and steep roofs. Very high water holding capacity; resistant to bitumen; biologically and chemically neutral; tear resistant; made from recycled materials.
Rotting resistant mat made of a combination of polyester and polypropylene with high resistance to mechanical damage. The lower rigid layer contains composite fibres, so it can be glued. The mat absorbs water and nutrients. Mainly used on intensive roofs and for walkways and roadways. Compatible with bitumen; bio-neutral; spade puncture resistant, made from recycled materials; noise reducing.
Rotting resistant mat made of polyester, used as a protective layer according to the German standard DIN 18195 on anti-root foil or waterproofing membranes, mainly on extensive roofs. Water- and nutrient-absorbing mat; bitumen compatible, biologically and chemically neutral; heat resistant, tear resistant, made of recycled material.
